Flights to Kharkov
You can either get to Kharkov with Austrian Airlines from Vienna or take a flight to Kiev first and then get to Kharkov.
In this case there are several ways to get to Kharkov:

Meeting in Kiev
Our representative will come from Kiev to Borispol airport and will wait for you with a card with your name on it at the exit of custom control. She will buy the tickets for you beforehand in case you have made the deposit for this service. Please worry about tickets in advance because there is always a risk that there will be no tickets in the day of depature.

You have several ways to get to Kharkov:

• By EuroCar bus line directly from Borispil to Kharkov (7 hours, 495 km)
  Before selecting this option check your arrival time and add about 40-60 minutes for custom and passport control to be in time for the bus.
  Bus departures: 8.00-23.00

• By Express train from Kiev Railway Station to Kharkov (6 hours)
  Before selecting this option check your arrival time and add also about 40-60 minutes for custom and passport control and about 40 minutes to get from airport to Kiev Railway Station to be in time for the train.
  Departure from Kiev: 06.33. Arrival in Kharkov 12.28
  Departure from Kiev: 17.30. Arrival in Kharkov 23.20

• By overnight train from Kiev Railway Station to Kharkov (8 hours)
  Before selecting this option check your arrival time and add about 40-60 minutes for custom and passport control and about 40 minutes to get from airport to Kiev Railway Station to be in time for the train.

• By plane from Borispil Airport to Kharkiv
  Before selecting this option check your arrival time and add about 40-60 minutes for custom and passport control and about 1 hour for the check in to be in time for the plain.

  A car with your driver will be waiting for you in Kharkov airport, bus or railway station to take you to your apartment.

Meeting in Kharkov

If you come directly to Kharkov we will be glad to propose you the transfer from the airport/railway station/bus station to your apartment. Please let us know the details of our arrival beforehand and our driver will be waiting for you holding the table with your name just at time of your arrival. He will help you with your luggage and help you to check in.

** Transfer from Kiev includes:

1.Meeting in the airport by English-speaking guide;
2.Buying of plane, bus or train tickets;
3.Accompany to plane, us or train;
4.Meeting in Kharkov airport, bus or railway station by your driver;
5.Transfer to the apartment and check in.

***The fee includes parking and waiting for the first 20 minutees for arrivals (45 minutes for international flights). Additional waiting time after the first 20 minutes is charged at 10? per 1 hour.
